This June we’re supporting “Orphanos.org”, a ministry to orphan children in developing nations. Orphanos partners with orphanage homes in Brazil, Korea, Mexico and Colombia. In Colombia the orphanage home is named La Aljaba, which means “the Quiver” and it provides for 85 children, ages 4-18. Recently La Aljaba received a grant from Orphanos that enabled them to completely renovate their kitchen facilitates. You wouldn’t believe the difference now! But, they are still in need of new kitchen utensils. Your order through Pampered Chef will help give these kids the opportunity to obtain kitchen supplies from their wish list. Orphanos will see to it that this “kitchen gift” is directly delivered to the staff at La Aljaba in Colombia.
